Saturday, February 25, 2023, the Interact District 5495 held their District Conference at Barry Goldwater High School. Westwood High School Interact Club (which is sponsored by Mesa West Rotary Club) made a good showing at the conference.
Interact clubs in the district had been challenged to create a video utilizing Rotary's public image guidelines to enter in a competition. The Westwood club's video was the contest winner.. CLICK HERE to watch the video.
Westwood HS Interact Club also received a Club of Distinction award.
Kassandra and Natalie were named as Crutches for Africa Ambassadors to Kenya in the summer of 2023, and Jo and Adrian were named as Ambassadors in a like mission to Mexico!
