An Optional Service Opportunity in February

Hello fellow Rotarians. I am passing along another volunteer opportunity available this month. This was a request from Midwest Food bank and sign ups are directly through them using the link below. We are still doing our food packing project on Feb. 24th at United Food bank but if you are not able to make that night please consider this event. Hello Amazing Volunteers!

I wanted to inform you all about an event that we are going to host at Midwest Food Bank- Arizona Division this month. Midwest Food Bank will be hosting the Arizona Hunger Fight from Friday February 19th through Sunday February 21st. During those 3 days we will be teaming up with Meals from the Heartland to make the main meal product "Taco Mac" to be able to put in family food boxes across Arizona and throughout the U.S. to feed hungry families in need. We have 8 different available volunteer sessions in 2 hour increments that will be spread throughout that weekend - sessions on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The sign-up process & available times will be completely different for just that weekend (not through the Volunteer Hub), but we would love to have you join us!
