Don LaBarge recently reported that all of the Santa Hats kept at the Bass Pro Salvation Army Kettle Station are missing. He hopes that either
- Someone took them home to freshen them up and will be bringing them to a meeting soon to turn in.
- They were accidentally worn home at the end of bell-ringing shifts and will be turned in one-at-a-time over the coming weeks.
- They were worn home by one or more absent-minded volunteers, and their spouses may still be wondering where the hat(s) came from. Hopefully the spouses read this and send the hats back in the near future.
In any case, we do need to get the Santa hats back so we don't incur an unnecessary expense before the bell-ringing season starts next November.
