RLI is a world-wide organization that some refer to as Rotary’s “College of Knowledge”. RLI gives participants a ranging tour of the world of Rotary. The Institute consists of three one-day Sessions to give participants an overview of the reach of Rotary and what and how we accomplish life-changing projects worldwide….all in an environment of friendship, fellowship and fun!
