Olivia won today’s raffle. She did not draw the Ace of Clubs, so the large pot carries over.
Next, Happy Bucks were collected:
- Harry Grossman was happy that Cardinal’s pre-season is starting and he was happy for quick Amazon delivery
- Dick Myren was happy to donate for himself, Rod Daniels, and Don LaBarge
- Polly Cady is happy that the exchange students are here
- Christian Wohl is happy that school has started
- Pam Cohen was happy that she took her grandson school shopping
- Captain John Birks was happy to be here today and that the Salvation Army youth program had a good turn out
Christian Wohl was formally inducted into the club. His wife, Karen, pinned him.

Today’s speaker was Club member and DGE Colleen Coons. Colleen talked to the club about the wonders of Rotary International Conventions, and her experience at this year’s convention in Taiwan.

She talked about the House of Fellowship, the people of Taipei, how safe the city was, the parage of flags, opening ceremonies, breakout sessions, etc. Also, 38,000 Rotarians attended the convention.
Next a bag of goodies from Taiwan donated by Jim and Roselyn Schmidt was auctioned. The winning bid was $70 by Christian Wohl.
