At least four Mesa West Rotary Club members amd one past president (current DG Dan Coons) were in attendance at the District 5495 Youth Exchange Halloween Party.. The Koeneman party won the prize for the best group costumes, and Olivia won the best costume prize. We are told this is the first time Dan dressed up for Halloween since he was six years old.
